1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Faizaya's design services and website. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Faizaya specializes in comprehensive UI/UX design solutions including:

• UI/UX Design: Creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience
• Mobile App UI/UX Design: Designing seamless and engaging mobile app interfaces for optimal user engagement
• Website UI/UX Optimization: Enhancing website design, navigation, and accessibility to improve conversion rates
• Design System & Branding: Developing cohesive design systems with consistent typography, color schemes, and components
• Interaction Design: Crafting intuitive interactions and animations that enhance user engagement
• Accessibility Design: Ensuring designs meet WCAG standards, making products usable for all individuals

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate project requirements and brand guidelines
• Timely feedback and approval during design phases
• Clear communication of any changes or additional requirements
• Payment according to agreed schedules

4. Design Process & Revisions

Our standard design process includes research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery. Each project includes 3 rounds of revisions per major milestone. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All final design assets become the property of the client upon full payment. Faizaya retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Projects require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. For large projects, we may establish milestone payments. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Delivery & Acceptance

We deliver designs in industry-standard formats (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch files). Clients have 7 business days to request revisions after delivery.

8. Third-Party Assets

Any stock photography, fonts, or other licensed assets required for the project will be billed separately unless included in our package.

9. Limitation of Liability

Faizaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs. Our total liability is limited to the project fee paid.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law
